Basing
VEC Members’ Council’s Decision dated 18 Oct 2016, there are 14 out of 17
bidders whose bids meet the technical requirements for package A5.
Civil
works package A5 (funded by ADB) under Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway Project is
from Km32+450 to Km35+900. On 13 May 2016, VEC organized bid opening ceremony
for packages A5, A6 and A7 following international competitive bidding without
prequalification, one stage-two envelopes in accordance with ADB’s guideline.
These three packages are remaining ones of 8 packages of this project funded by
ADB. Currently, packages A1, A2-1, A2-2 and A4 (western section) were commenced
in May 2015.
